Wetland Compensatory Mitigation Plans, Restoration & Bank Support: At 3PPI, we work with our clients and local mitigation bankers to develop ecologically sound and self-sustaining restoration and enhancement projects needed to support their compensatory mitigation plans and obligations. 3PPI is an associate member of the National Association of Mitigation Bankers, and our staff attend regular training sessions on stream and mitigation banking procedures, construction methods, and regulatory requirements and trends. As experts in a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative functional assessment methodologies, we work with clients to find the best fit for their project area’s specific ecological characteristics, fully complying with the intent of the Section 404(b)(1) guidelines.

Our team has completed wetland restoration projects across Alaska, including the creation of ponds and wetlands for a golf course and several mine area restoration projects. 3PPI restoration projects succeed because they are well- designed, using our expertise of wetland functions, hydrology, habitat requirements, and engineering techniques. Staff members at 3PPI have experience in landscape architecture, environmental planning, and GIS and technical data analysis. We understand that for a project to be successful it must be completed within schedule and budget restraints, which are incorporated into our restoration project proposals.
